First Responders Health and Wellness was created by first responders, for first responders. Built by firefighters, law enforcement officers, and a former emergency room physician, our program is uniquely designed to meet the demanding needs of those who serve on the front lines.
We believe strength is more than physical. Our programs empower first responders to grow in resilience, focus, and confidence—building the foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling life both on and off duty.
In addition to our virtual online process, our headquarters is a state-of-the-art wellness center located in Del Mar, California. This flagship facility serves as the hub for training, recovery, and education, while allowing first responders to connect in person, recharge, and build community. Whether online or in our center, every program is tailored to keep you strong, resilient, and ready.
Created by First Responders, for First Responders.
Meet the Team

Arnold Kremer, MD
Emergency Physician & Regenerative Medicine Specialist
Experience
Dr. Kremer spent 41 years in the ER, working side by side with first responders and seeing the toll the job takes on their bodies and health. Always concerned about the health and wellbeing of his staff and of first responders, Dr. Kremer set out to address their needs by creating a clinic focused on education and proactive wellness.
In 2017, after years of studying regenerative medicine, he began offering stem cell therapy—helping patients, including first responders, recover from injuries, eliminate chronic pain, and regain their strength. His mission is simple: give those who serve others the tools to stay healthy, resilient, and ready for life on and off duty.
