Baseline Testing: Before starting, your provider will order labs to confirm low levels and establish a baseline. Starting Dose: Therapy typically begins with a conservative dose (via injection or gel) to monitor tolerance and response.

Early Weeks
(0–6 weeks)

Energy & Mood: Some men notice an improvement in energy, mental clarity, or mood within the first few weeks, though for others it may take longer. Libido: Sexual interest and performance may improve early, but can also fluctuate while hormones stabilize.
